Impactful Leadership Learning
Our distinctive leadership and personal development method is informed by our unique synthesis of Leadership theory, work theory, model and experiential learning methods. Together with our horses we provide the opportunity for you and your colleagues to experience a deeper awareness of yourself and your leadership impact with others
INDIVIDUAL: 90 minutes
We will review your leadership challenge and the Leaderwork Model of Shared Leadership. Explain key safety elements. Then with the horses we will demonstrate how to greet a horse, set boundaries & connect. Then we will engage in a relevant activity with the horse. After this we will debrief in the stables training area.
TEAM: 5 Hours
As with the individual session we will review the team's leadership challenges. Then cover safety around horses including with a group of people. The team based activity using the Leaderwork Model will be in 2 parts. We will then debrief in the stables training area to identify how the activity revealed impactful insights into your leadership challenge.
